Very good flour.

Very good flour. Similar taste profile to their all-purpose. This is a more delicate flour as I burnt my first loaf so reduce your baking time accordingly.

Best flour for flavor in breads and pizzas

This flour has a wonderful flavor! I started baking bread with organic flour 9 months ago and used a white bread recipe that I had used before I switched to the organic flour. It was delicious with this flour! It can be used in any recipe and is milled so fine that you won’t notice any difference except in the taste! Then I tried the wheat bread recipe on the Niobrara Grain’s webpage and love that even more! I usually add a few cups of the heritage wheat flour and like the rich, nutty flavor that that has. This flour definitely makes breads and pizzas taste amazing!
