Soft Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (355 g) warm water
2 1/4 teaspoon active yeast
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Place warm water and honey in mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the top, let sit 5 minutes until the yeast stars to foam.
2. Add softened butter, 2 cups of flour and salt to the top of the yeast mixture.
3. Mix until flour is well incorporated, about 2 minutes.
4. Add another cup of flour, mix well. Add flour until the dough starts to pull away from the sides.
5. Let dough sit in the bowl for 10 minutes.
6. Knead/mix dough for another 5-10 minutes. Dough should be smooth and elastic.
7. Place in a greased bowl covered until doubled, about 60 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to
350°F.
9. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Punch dough down and shape into a loaf. Place in greased pan, spray with cooking spray, cover loosely with towel, let rise 30-45 minutes until doubled.
10. Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
