Easy Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
4 cups Niobrara Grain and Milling Bread Flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons instant yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Fresh herbs such as oregano, thyme, rosemary. Minced garlic, sea salt, cherry tomatoes, and grated parmesan.
Instructions
Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water until combined. Place the dough in a oil lined bowl, rubbing the oil all over the surface. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
Place 2 tablespoons olive oil in 9x12 pan, using pastry brush to coat the pan. Place dough in pan, stretching dough to fit the pan. Make dimples in dough; sprinkle herbs, garlic, cherry tomatoes, sea salt, and parmesan all over the top of the dough.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Let dough rest and rise for 30-45 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
