
Easy Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
4 cups Niobrara Grain and Milling Bread Flour
2 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 teaspoon active yeast
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Fresh herbs such as oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Minced garlic, sea salt, cherry tomatoes, and grated parmesan.
Instructions
Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water until combined. Place the dough in an oil-lined bowl, rubbing the oil all over the surface. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
Place 2 tablespoons olive oil in 9x12 pan, using pastry brush to coat the pan. Place dough in pan, stretching dough to fit the pan. Make dimples in the dough; sprinkle herbs, garlic, cherry tomatoes, sea salt, and parmesan all over the top of the dough.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Let dough rest and rise for 30-45 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
