Easy Focaccia Bread

Ingredients

4 cups Niobrara Grain and Milling Bread Flour

2 teaspoons Kosher salt

2 teaspoons active yeast

2 cups of lukewarm water

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Fresh herbs such as oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Minced garlic, sea salt, cherry tomatoes, and grated parmesan. 

Instructions

Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water until combined. Place the dough in an oil-lined bowl, rubbing the oil all over the surface. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. 

Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a 9x12 pan and use a pastry brush to coat the pan. Place the dough in the pan, stretching it to fit. Make dimples in the dough; sprinkle herbs, garlic, cherry tomatoes, sea salt, and parmesan over the top. 

Preheat oven to 425°F. Let the dough rest and rise for 30-45 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
