Egg Noodles

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups Niobrara Grain and Milling all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
2 large eggs plus 1 yolk beaten
½ cup milk
2 tablespoon butter
Directions
Combine flour and salt. Make a well for the milk, egg, and butter. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out on flour surface, cut to desired width and length. Let dry for at least 10 minutes.
Cook noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 5 minutes.
