Donut Holes

Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Niobrara Grain and Milling Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Coating
1/2 cup salted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup miniature muffin pan with cooking spray. 
2. Combine dry ingredients. Combine sour cream, oil, egg, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to sour cream mixture. Do not over mix. Dough will be thick. 
3. Scoop one tablespoon of dough into each muffin cup.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Cool 10 minutes.
6. Combine Sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 
7. Dip each donut hole into butter, then roll in sugar mixture. 
8. Store in sealed container. Tastes even better the next day.
